I have a 75 gallon stainless still 11/4 copper coming out of cap and goes about 7 feet to the copper worm my question is if you heat your mash up to fast in a stainless cooker will it have a blue tint to the finished product …3 times in the last 2 years this has happened to me I have read that to much heat is the cause
