Ok, I am in my second Corn Mash Ferment….and it has stopped bubbling after 3 days. My first one did about the same time but the mash was overall too cold “I thought”…..this one maintained a mid 70’s temp and was warmer than the first corn mash. Am I wrong to think that 6 gallons should take far more that 3 days to finish bubbling? I was expecting a week at least…
