      Can anyone tell me why I can’t get my proof over 130, I have made a few gallons now and most range between 100 and 130 proofs, would like to see a little higher.

      We need some more information on what you are doing and what you are using.
      What is the starting gravity of your wash?
      130 sounds about right for a pot still with about an 8% ABV wash.

      What type of still are you using?
      How fast are you running the still? (do you have a full stream or just drips?)

      Just a stainless steel pot, most of the time it just drips out of the worm.not sure what abv is, never heard of it. I am just getting started on this.
