Hello everyone.
I am new to home distillation and looking for for some help. I recently completed my first batch of whiskey with a copper still, however I noticed a small discoloration in the finished product. I have heard that this could be due to a number of reasons, including mash quality, temperature control, or even the fermentation process.
may somebody with more experience explain what went wrong and how I may enhance the taste in future batches? Any suggestions for improving the process would be much appreciated.
