      So here goes. once my mash is done fermenting, i get it all strained and racked can i store it in a frig for a week or 2 before i cook it off?

      I would just let it sit in the fermenter and strain it before you use it. Letting it sit for a few weeks in the fermenter will let a lot of the yeast settle to the bottom.
