My OG was 1.070 and it has been fermenting for a week as of tomorrow. I decided to take a gravity ready tonight and to my surprise it was already at 1.010 but she is still burping a few times a minute. Based on the equation it would yield around 7.86% alcohol…should I let her keep fermenting?
