Hey Y’all!! So kinda new to this. My family used to run when I was little and wasn’t able to learn like I wanted too. I have been seeing comments about airlocks here and there. If you are using fruits for your base instead of corn do you need an airlock? I thought you add your ingredients put a cloth on top and walk away from it for like ten days same way as corn?? I know to some, this may come across preschool but just trying to learn from those doing it………… Not a book. Thanks is advance from WV Mountains
